Return / Refund Policy

We offer a 20 day exchange for full purchase amount in the form of store credit for our used inventory. We DO NOT offer cash back at this time. All items have been tested (if applicable), cleaned to the best of our ability, and carefully packaged. Please do not hesitate to ask questions before a purchase if you are unsure if you will want to keep an item. Our exchange for store credit covers items that were disliked but functional, not functioning properly, or if you just didn’t want that item. It may be exchanged for something else in the VGW inventory. ***If an item is purchased brand new, but was opened and then used, buyer will only receive our USED shelf price at the current time of return, back in store credit. Because we can no longer sell an item as BRAND NEW once someone plays it and dislikes it, we must only offer the used price in store credit back within 20 days.

45 Day Console Warranty

We offer a 45 day warranty on consoles that covers: replacement or repair of manufacturing issues such as error reading games, power ports go bad, overheating, general glitchiness. Warranty does not cover damage during shipping (shipping insurance is always added for this purpose), household/children/pet accidents, bug infestations in living situations, and does not cover accessories for longer than 20 days. Warranty is NOT money back, but will include a replacement, repair, or exchange for something else at VGW. All systems have been cleaned, tested, and inspected for insects.

• Orders are processed and shipped from our Molalla location.

• Orders are processes and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

• Confirmation (including tracking) will be provided once an order has been shipped.

• If a single order requires more than one (1) shipping container, the appropriate tracking information will be provided.

• Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States.
